Origin is ours — the starting point of what D’CAF stands for: uncompromised flavor, without relying on the caffeine.

This is the coffee we built our brand on — single-estate Arabica beans from Chikmagalur, decaffeinated using the CO₂ process that preserves all the good stuff and removes only the caffeine.

It’s clean, layered, and quietly complex — a coffee that asks questions instead of giving answers.

Best enjoyed black brewed in Aeropress, French press or pourovers.

What is D’CAF?

D'CAF is India's first coffee brand dedicated exclusively to decaffeinated specialty coffee with <0.1% caffeine by weight. We source specialty-grade Arabica beans and remove caffeine using the natural supercritical CO₂ process - bringing you full-flavoured coffee, without the caffeine crash.

What is D'CAF coffee?

D'CAF coffee is regular specialty-grade coffee that has had its caffeine removed using the supercritical CO₂ process to <0.1 by dry weight, while keeping all the natural flavour compounds and antioxidants intact. A cup of D'CAF contains approximately 6–7mg of caffeine, compared to 95–100mg in regular coffee. Learn more about D'CAF.

How is caffeine removed from D'CAF coffee?

Our beans are processed using the supercritical CO₂ process, a natural, chemical-free method that preserves flavour and aroma while removing caffeine. Learn more about our CO2 process.

Does D'CAF taste different from regular coffee?

Not at all! Because we use gentle processing methods and roast carefully, our coffee retains its full body and flavour. Most people can’t tell the difference in blind tastings.
