What is D'CAF?
The Bean
A-grade Arabica, grown in Chikmagalur between 1000 and 1200 metres. Screen grade 16+. Naturally dried.
The Decaffeination
Liquid CO₂ under pressure pulls caffeine out of the green bean and leaves everything else intact. The result - less than 0.1% caffeine, 15x lower than regular coffee
The Roast
Roasted weekly in small batches using roast profiles set specifically for our decaf beans which require finesse given the delicate structure of the bean.
