D'CAF is regular specialty-grade coffee — no artificial flavors or additives. We gently reduce the caffeine using naturally occuring CO2, while everything else about the bean — its oils, aromas, and natural character — stay exactly the same
Naturally processed using CO2
Naturally occuring CO2 is liquified and used to selectively extract caffeine molecules from the coffee beans. Once extraction is complete, these beans are dried and roasted just like regular coffee.
