No — every D’CAF pack contains freshly roasted coffee, either as whole beans or ground coffee (depending on your selection).
We don’t make instant coffee; D’CAF is meant to be brewed fresh for the best experience.

Our light-medium roast (Origin) is ideal for black coffee using pour-over, AeroPress, or French press.
Our darker roast (Comfort) shines in milk-based brews like cappuccinos or South-Indian filter coffee.

We roast in small batches and ship quickly — typically within a few days of roasting — so your coffee reaches you at peak freshness.
You can check the roast date printed on your pack for reference. Each D’CAF pouch includes a one-way air valve that keeps oxygen out and aroma in.

Coffee doesn’t spoil easily, but its flavour and aroma evolve over time.
For the best experience:

• Whole beans taste best within 6–8 weeks of roast date
• Ground coffee is best enjoyed within 3–4 weeks of roast date.

When stored properly, D’CAF coffee remains safe to consume for up to 12 months from roast date, though we always recommend brewing it fresh.

D’CAF accepts online payments only to ensure a smooth, contactless, and quick delivery experience. We accept online payments only through Razorpay, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.

You’ll receive a tracking link by email or SMS once your order ships. You can also check your order status in your D’CAF account.

Since coffee is perishable, we only accept returns for damaged, incorrect, or expired products. If your order arrived in poor condition, email support@dcaf.in within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll replace or refund it.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

No. Like all decaffeinated coffees, D'CAF coffee has significantly lesser (~30%) caffeine compared to regular coffee but is not completely caffeine free.
