D'CAF is regular specialty-grade coffee — no artificial flavors or additives. We remove 99.9% of the caffeine using naturally occurring CO₂, while everything else about the bean — its oils, aromas, and natural character — stays exactly the same.

Naturally occuring CO2 is liquified and used to selectively extract caffeine molecules from the coffee beans. Once extraction is complete, these beans are dried and roasted just like regular coffee.

The result: freshly roasted coffee with all its aroma, antioxidants, and rich flavour profile intact. It tastes exactly as it should — smooth, balanced, and true to its origin — just without the buzz. And that's D'CAF!
