Shipping Policy

At DCAF Beverages Pvt. Ltd., we want your coffee to reach you as fresh and flavourful as it was when it left our roastery. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed and delivered across India.
1.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 5 PM or on Sundays/public holidays are processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email or SMS notification once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details.

Delivery Timelines
We deliver to most cities and towns across India.
Typical delivery timelines (after dispatch) are:
Metro cities: 2–4 business days
Tier 2 & 3 cities: 4–7 business days
Remote or rural areas: up to 10 business days
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges
Shipping fees, if applicable, are shown during checkout based on your order value and delivery location.
From time to time, D’CAF may offer free or discounted shipping promotions — these will be clearly indicated on the product page or at checkout (for example, “Free Delivery” offers).
4.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:
A tracking link and courier name via email or SMS, and
Updates as your package moves through delivery.
If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery update.
5.
Packaging & Freshness
Each bag of D’CAF coffee is packed in a resealable, air-valve pouch designed to preserve freshness and aroma.
We recommend keeping your coffee in its original pouch, resealing it tightly after each use.
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture.
6.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or incomplete:
Refuse delivery if possible, and
Email us immediately at support@dcaf.in with your order number and photos.
We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Returns Policy.
7.
Non-Serviceable Areas
If our courier partners are unable to deliver to your location, we will contact you for an alternate address or issue a full refund.
